At Choose Freedom Health™, we stand by every supplement we ship. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll make it right — because your health and peace of mind matter.

🔁 Returns

Not satisfied with your experience? No problem. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, even if the bottle is opened.

To qualify for a return:

✔ Item(s) must be in original packaging (opened bottles are okay)

✔ Proof of purchase required (order confirmation or receipt)

✔ Bundles must be returned in full (not as individual items)

📦 How to Start a Return

Email us at support@freedomhealth.store to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Please include:

✔ Your order number

✔ Reason for your return

Once approved, ship your items to the return address we provide.

📢 Note: Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

📭 Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was our mistake.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

✔ Shipping costs are non-refundable

✔ No restocking fees — ever

🔄 Exchanges

Want to try something else or swap for a fresh bottle? Just let us know in your return request. We’ll help set up an exchange once your return is received.

Note: Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete — we’ve got your back.

Email us within 7 days of delivery at support@freedomhealth.store with:

✔ Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

✔ Photo of the shipping label and outer package

✔ Your order number

We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — free of charge.

Please do not send anything back without contacting us first. We’ll share the correct return address after your return is approved.
